Our founder, Jeff Roberts has worked in the senior living business for more than 25 years. He has experience in all facets of senior living including Executive Director, Administrator, Director of Sales and Marketing and has helped to find the perfect, positive living fit for hundreds of seniors.

Jeff relocated to Snohomish County and Washington state over 7 years ago to continue his work in the field of senior living. He has been involved in all fields of senior living including independent, assisted, and memory care living.

Jeff has served on the boards of Senior Centers, and ACT 1, a group that is dedicated to the well-being and advocacy of seniors and other vulnerable adults. As you can see, Jeff’s passion is making the lives of seniors the most positive and happy as well as establishing close relationships with the families he assists.

There is absolutely no cost to you! Senior Living Options of the Northwest is compensated by the community or company that you choose. There is absolutely no financial obligation to you as the consumer/family/resident whatsoever.

Our staff has your best interests in mind. If we tour and you decide that now is not the time, DO NOT WORRY, we just hope you will come back to us if/when you decide to re-address your family member’s safe living needs.

How Does The Service Work?

Within 24 hours of contacting Senior Living Options of the Northwest, you will hear from us with a preliminary list of communities to tour that meet your specific needs. We will set up an intake meeting to discuss your needs. Then, we do ALL THE WORK AT NO COST TO YOU!!

We will set up times and places to tour so you can see for yourself all that the different communities offer. You don’t have to hunt and hope the community is a fit because we KNOW what each different community offers and we have established close, positive relationships with the staff of each home and/or community.

You won’t be alone!

You will be accompanied by a Family Advisor from Senior Living Options of the Northwest.

We will guide you through the questions to ask and make sure you get the answers you need.

What Is an Intake?

An intake is merely a time to talk together in depth about what you and your family are looking for in a community. We will ask the hard questions that will help lead you to the right placement and most positive decisions.

Intake questions range from health issues to family history, and information for final arrangements. We discuss what geographic areas you prefer and will help you navigate financial decisions such as private pay, Medicaid, Aid and Attendance, and other financial resources that may be available.

All information shared during intake is confidential and is vital to choose the most appropriate “new home” for your loved one or for yourself.
